  • Patient Survey Reports Published

    This report is produced by the CQC as part of the ongoing NHS national patient survey programme. The current survey took place between October 2008 and January 2009, with the sample drawn from patients who were discharged from hospital between June and August 2008. Patients were eligible for the survey if they were aged over 16 years, had at least one overnight stay in hospital, and were not admitted to maternity or psychiatric wards. The survey involved 165 acute NHS trusts, and had responses from over 72,000 patients
