David James CQC is the lead officer responsible for the development of the Single Assessment Framework, he will be sharing an update on the framework - dignity is at the heart of this work affording people high quality services.
Matt Bowsher ASC Director will be speak from a local authority perspective and Lesley Flatley along with others will lead on sharing their good practice stories, celebrating health care services - doing it with Dignity on Dignity Action Day.
