Case Study - Leeds Older People's Strategic Partnership work on dignity
A major Scrutiny Board Inquiry was conducted into Dignity in Care across all relevant Leeds organisations in which senior managers were called to account. This resulted in organisations developing action plans to meet the scrutiny recommendations and setting up internal task groups for implementation.
This Scrutiny Review and the rest of the work being taken forward by the Leeds Older People's Strategic Partnership has been given the Health and Social Care Award for Dignity in Care for the Yorkshire and Humber Region 2008.
