The Dementia Journey - End of Life Care, North East Event
This event is for people who have the capability of training others, using the skills and knowledge they gain from this event.
The aims of the day are for delegates to be aware of the emerging themes linking the 'National End of Life Care Strategy' & the 'National Dementia Strategy', and to launch a new educational DVD and Workbook (highlighting the important issues for people with dementia nearing the end of their life) that will assist Health and Social Care Providers to deliver education in their workplace.Please see the attached flyer for more information.
If you would like to attend the event please complete the attached request form emailing it to sarah.armstrong2@ncl.ac.uk, and when places are allocated we will email you to inform you if you have been successful and secured a place. We will also inform those who have not got a place.
