National Dignity Council members October update

The National Dignity Council members are actively involved in a number of areas promoting the Dignity Campaign:

Work continues on developing materials as part of the Quality Matters initiative and Jan Burns MBE remains a member of the National and Representatives Organisations Group, as does Frank.

The Council continues to be represented through Jan and Frank on CQC – Co-production meetings, which have considered feedback about the inspection process and subsequently adapted processes that will reflect the importance of quality in the services provided.

You will remember that members of the Council and especially Rekha Elawasparu, have been involved in the HelpCare project hosted by Lancaster University.  That work has been completed and the links below give further detail of the outcomes.
