No Secrets: Guidance on developing and implementing multi-agency policies and procedures to protect vulnerable adults from abuse

This Department of Health report is recommended to all commissioners and providers of health and social care services including primary care groups, regulators of such care services and appropriate criminal justice agencies.

The report is designed to address the need for immediate action to ensure that vulnerable adults, who are at risk of abuse, receive protection and support. The Government gives a high priority to such action and sees local statutory agencies and other relevant agencies as important partners in ensuring such action is taken wherever needed.
