Dignity in neonates
I am a Dignity Champion in a neonatal unit - I would be grateful for any ideas/thoughts re how I can raise awareness and understanding of Dignity In Care among staff and parents/carers of our tiny patients for Dignity Action Day please - thank you
Dear Sally,
You can display a poster about the dignity in the heart of the service and in simple words the 7 principle of dignity as a reminder for all staff. also a quick sessions as a group supervision for your team to raise the awareness about dignity. There is a very useful small videos on SCIE website you can use one of them as well. As a prise in the end you can give the staff that little badge (red heart) about dignity champion they can put on their uniform. Hope any of these is useful.
