Ashcroft House

Residents and Staff at Ashcroft House celebrated Dignity Action Day on Feb 1st this year, by hosting an Afternoon Tea Party, with a special guest highlighting the celebration - a lady Saxophonist. Staff wore White ribbons on their uniform to signify their "Dignity in Care Awareness", and everyone enjoyed the afternoon listening to the unique and soulful tunes of the Tenor Saxophone, whilst sipping tea, and choosing from a decadent selection of cakes to savour. At the end of the afternoon, Residents also got the chance to touch and hold the Saxophone themselves, ask questions and chat with Jacqui our talented musician. It made the live music session even more memorable, and was a wonderful treat for such an important day.
