Dignity Group

The Dignity Group at Weston Area Health Trust raised the awareness of dignity through a pledge to both patients and colleagues. This was developed through the group and formally attached to all staff payslips. Innovative ideas from the group were shared on a presentation board for all staff and visitors to access on dignity day. Policies and protocols were available for view demonstrating our committment to Dignity for our most vulnerable groups of patients.
