RDASH - Care Home Liaison Service

The Care Home Liaison Service promotes positive practice to maximize patients' quality of life. The service aims to deliver high quality services that respect patients' dignity at all times.

Through a comprehensive mental health assessment the service delivers customised care, a listening facility and, where possible, supports patients in decisions about care and future care needs. The training covers all aspects of care including communication, mealtimes, meaningful activities, promoting independence, culturally appropriate services and life history work
