Championing Dignity in Care Badges and Wristbands

Badges and wristband

Thank you for your dedication as a Dignity Champion, please wear your badges and wristbands with pride, knowing that you are agreeing to uphold the National Dignity Council Ten Dignity Do’s.

Charges

In order to cover the cost of badges, postage and packing, we need to ask Dignity Champions to pay for their badges and wristbands as follows:

  • One standard oval badge will cost £2.50 plus £1 postage and packing
  • One heart badge will cost £3.00 plus £1 postage and packing
  • Each wristband costs £1.50 plus 50p postage and packing

For two to five items the costs will be as follows

  • Standard oval badge £3.00 per badge inclusive of postage and packing
  • Heart badge £3.50 per badge inclusive of postage and packing
  • Wristband £1.75 per band inclusive of postage and packing

Requesting your badge

Badges can be requested via email or post but must include payment and a delivery address.

If requesting five or less items

  • Paying by PayPal
    Send your address and PAYPAL reference to info@dignityincare.org.uk 
  • Paying by cheque, postal order or cash
    Send your delivery address together with cheque or postal order or cash to the address below, and make the cheque payable to The National Dignity Council.

For over five items

For over five items of any design organisations or individuals should contact us by sending an email to info@dignityincare.org.uk with the word badge or wristband in the subject line and they will be advised of a price.

If requesting over five items an invoice will be issued to enable payment by cheque or online banking.
