The Spending Challenge

Working through the website quoted below, the government are asking for your ideas on cutting public spending in a way that is quick and responsible.

Your idea could be something small that is quick and easy to put into action, or a more radical change to where and how government works. You can also look at ideas already put forward by other people, vote for what you like and get it moved up the list. You can also talk to other people in the comments section of the website.

A team has been put together in the heart of government to make sure that your ideas and comments are taken seriously. The best ideas will be taken forward as part of the Spending review which will be published on 20^th October 2010.
