Start training your staff for free
Dignity Champions now have access to free training materials to deliver dignity training to all staff. The training materials are suitable for use by staff in any care setting as you can tailor the training by using the appropriate case studies provided to suit your needs. You can choose to use the Older Peoples training resources if you work predominantly with this client group or you can use the Vulnerable Adults training resources if you work with any adults including mental health and learning disabilities.
The training packs to be used in either half or full day sessions with staff include modules on the meaning of dignity, highlighting where dignity is contravened through the use of case studies, types of dignity, challenges to dignity and action planning,
Each pack consists of facilitators guide & workshop delegate materials.
