Skills for Care survey
Skills for Care is exploring whether it needs to develop workforce guidance for front line workers in social care on conducting safeguarding investigations.
The purpose of this survey is two-fold to find out more about:
- the resources you currently recommend or use to help support social care staff undertaking safeguarding investigations,
- any perceived gaps and potential supports to fill these gaps.
We are keen for this work to highlight any gaps in existing learning and development for relevant managers, and secondly, to inform the direction of any new resources Skills for Care may wish to produce in the future.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Please submit it by 5pm on 2 January 2020.
