Skills for Care Workforce Survey

Earlier this month SfC launched the Adult Social Care Workforce Survey. This is an important large-scale survey being delivered by Skills for Care, IPSOS and the University of Kent on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). The survey gives frontline staff an opportunity to influence the decisions being made by Government on how they should support everyone working in social care: it covers important topics like wellbeing, pay and what it is like to work in the sector.

There’s been  a really good response from managers, but SfC are keen to hear more from frontline workers, so please could you encourage your team and staff to complete the survey (opens new window). By taking part, staff can share their experiences, challenges and ideas to help shape a stronger, better supported workforce.
