Share for Better Care Campaign - our role is now completed

Our involvement with the Share for Better Care Campaign has completed but it is important that people continue to give feedback on the services they receive, both positive and negative.

As part of that we ran a survey of how easy people found it to make comments and criticisms.

Unsurprisingly we found that if there are obstacles in the way of making a comment or it is very complicated to register one’s feelings then people either don’t bother or give up. 

It is also important that people feel that they are listened to and something is going to happen as a result of their comments.
