News from the Bedfordshire Dignity Network

On October 17th all across the world, thousands of young people were feeling inspired. They were participating in Dignity Workshops, hearing from dignity-centred role models and putting the dignity values into action to make their communities - and the world - a better place. They were hearing and sharing dignity stories, gaining a greater sense of self - worth and recognising the Dignity in others. All this was part of Global Dignity Day!

Global Dignity Day meant that you could help the next generation tap into values of kindness, understanding, tolerance and compassion. Keep the message going by joining us and finding creative ways of helping children and young people connect with their own unique, special value and sense of possibility about their futures - and reinforce how important it is that they honour these same qualities in others.

The Bedfordshire Dignity Network is a first of its kind to introduce a Junior Dignity Network with Junior Ambassadors to help lead and steer the direction of the Junior Network alongside our adult network! We pride our efforts to inspire the younger generations to lead a more dignified life. We proactively engaged within the community to inspire the generations to get involved in creating a movement within Bedfordshire.
