National Dignity Council - Dec 25 update

Since the AGM Council members have bene working hard to ensure that we both maintain and establish new links with potential partners as well as planning our activities for 2026.

Jan has attended regular CQC Stakeholder and Advisory group meetings and she and other Trustees [Lesley and Amanda have delivered sessions on promoting dignity and our new resources at Skills for Care managers’ local meetings.

Liz has been judging the Great British Care Awards and Jan was honoured to be asked to present a Dignity Award at the West Midlands Care Association Awards.

We are also continuing the work on updating the website, although this is taking slightly longer than we anticipated.  In the New Year will be taking on her role of liaison with Networks and is looking forward to ensuring that we are being responsive to their needs.
