Integrating Better Webinar: Friday 29th March, 14:30

Following the launch of the Integrating Better guide last month, the Integrating Better team and SCIE are holding a webinar on Friday 29th March at 14:30.

The webinar will introduce the new guide which captures common features of good practice of integration between health, social care and the voluntary and community sector, including;

• Leadership for integration
• Promoting self-care
• Supporting care closer to home
• Care and support in a crisis
   

The webinar will also introduce the supporting resources, including detailed case studies, summary guides and template documents.

Presenters include Ewan King (Director of Business Development and Delivery at SCIE), Sam Schwab (Senior Strategy Manager at NHS England) and local areas who will provide insight from their experience of integration.
