Skills for Care provides the following funding to promote the retention of staff by investing in their development, including yourself as a manager.
If you employ your own care and support through a personal budget from social care or health (personal health budget) or using your own money (this is sometimes called being a 'selffunder'), you can apply for individual employer funding to pay for training for you and your personal assistants (PAs).
