Important: Please take part in our survey to review the impact of the Dignity in Care Campaign

Please supprt the important consultation currently being carried out to measure the impact of the dignity in care campaign.

On November 14th this year, the Dignity in Care Campaign will be three years old. We are taking this opportunity to carry out a comprehensive review of the campaign's impact to date. We have commissioned an independent organisation, Opinion Leader, to carry out a confidential consultation.

As part of their approach, Opinion Leader would like to conduct a ten minute online survey with Dignity Champions. The survey questions will ask you about your views of the Dignity in Care Campaign and whether you feel that the Campaign has made a difference. All information and feedback submitted will be confidential and will not be passed on to a third party.

As a token of our appreciation for your time and input, we will be offering a charitable donation of £1 for the first 500 completed surveys. Each respondent will be able to choose their preferred charity from a selection. We do hope that you are able to participate.

If you have any queries regarding this research you can contact: Becca Lawther, (Department of Health) on 0113 2547376 or Jean Ledger (Opinion Leader) on 020 7861 3209. Alternatively please write to dignityincare@opinionleader.co.uk.

I very much hope that you will be able to spare the time to complete the survey. Your perspective is invaluable to consolidating the campaign and taking it forward into the future.
