How are you feeling NHS? toolkit

An easy to use resource around emotional wellbeing has been launched. Developed with NHS staff the resource is designed to:

  • Help bridge a gap in understanding and enable us to talk openly and regularly about emotional health
  • Assess the impact emotional wellbeing has on ourselves, our colleagues and on our patients, or those with whom we work.
  • Enable us to action plan to enable more good days than bad
  • We can use three ways to explain our emotional well being.
