Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust hosted an extensive 'Dignity Action Day' today with more than 20 events across Hertfordshire, parts of Essex and Norfolk.
Part of a national event, championed by celebrities including Sir Michael Parkinson and Dame Joan Bakewell, Dignity Day highlights the importance of treating people in care as individuals with choice, control and a sense of purpose in their daily lives.
