CQC: 2018 children and young people's patient experience survey

Children and young people's experiences of care CQC has published results of its 2018 children and young people's patient experience survey in which the organisation heard about the experiences of 33,179 children and young people.

For the first time, CQC has been able to look at changes over time, comparing results with the 2016 survey for most questions.

With only a few exceptions, it found that experiences were almost unchanged in most areas this year
