Locharwoods

To promote Dignity Action Day we joined forces with a local primary school and had a tea party. The children brought cake and we provided the drinks. It was part of the Children's "Smile" challenge that they where doing for school. They certainly made the residents smile and the residents made them smile by sharing stories and songs. Our residents reminiced and talked to the children about the 'old days' and the children brought them a bit of modern culture by singing some Coldplay and The Wanted songs to them! All in all we had a lovely afternoon and took lots of photos (to follow). The children will be coming back to visit us soon.
