Dignity Awareness Da

At Rosberry Park, Middlesbrough, held at Dignity Awareness Day on the 25th February 2011.

Afternoon tea; Staff provide the gift of time to support in doing tea and coffees, raffle prizes.

Reminiscence: items loaned from Dorman Museum, download old photo from website, quizs, books, leaflets. I and other staff facilitated this and 25 people attended this on one to one due to indidvidual issues

Laughter therapy: I facilitated this with support from other staff all together 13 people attended which was appropriated for the size of the room. This was planned for half hour, however went on for over hour. I felt it was a great success. Leaflet were provided on laughter therapy.

Feedback from the visitors and patients was very positive and the gift of time was give, a big thank for everyone who attended.
