Can anyone help with the following query

I used to be a dignity champion at my previous employer with Young adults and older Children in Palliative end of life care. My new employment involves supporting Young Children ages 4 - 10 within a residential setting. I would like to re join the Dignity Champions and support my new service users and staff team around this field again. However I would appreciate if you could support me with some information that would be more appropriate and beneficial to the younger children I now work with.

I am sorry my area is Older persons. but without promoting google I found a lot of information to assist me on this. May also suggest that you check out other child residential care homes or day care units rather that reinventing a wheel.

I Think that wherever we promote dignity, can be a no go area, but we have to stick to our principles. Dignity and respect must be paramount.rita
