A NEW 'dignity toolkit' designed by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and aimed at healthcare professionals was launched in November 2008. It will help nurses to improve the patient experience. It contains an interactive practice support pack for use in the workplace and an influencing resource to help nurses make a case for the resources they need.
