Dignity in Care Award 2008 - Regional Winner - West Midlands

The 2008 Health and Social Care Award for Dignity in Care - West Midlands region award went to:

West Midlands Region - Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust - Community Learning Disability Service

The project is developing personal history records of individuals for whom there may previously have been no informal records. The project involves the creation of a Life Story book, into which a wide variety of information and items can be saved for future study.
