Share your resources and ideas with others

One key aspect of being a Dignity Champion is sharing with each other what works. That may include actions they have taken as Dignity Champions that are making an impact locally or it could include learning from their organization or signposting Dignity Champions to useful information, advice and guidance.

This website enables Dignity Champions to share with each their experiences and knowledge.

DH and CSIP have made a start by creating the bones of this Toolkit for Action and the Dignity in Care Resource Library but if it is to be of real use to Dignity Champions it needs to grow and develop over time with Dignity Champions themselves adding new topics and resources.

Those resources could be in a variety of formats and could include your stories, examples of best practice, useful reports, video clips, podcasts, slide presentations, posters, leaflets, guidance, etc

So if you have something you think may be useful as a resource for other Dignity Champions or if you think a new topic section needs adding please send your resource to dignityincare@dh.gsi.gov.uk.
