Dignity champions based in Plymouth and the surrounding areas may wish to know that a group of organisations are planning an event in Plymouth on Monday 6th September at Forresters Business Park aimed at helping existing Dignity Champions to network together and to provide support to each other in the future. There are some strong initiatives with Dignity at their heart in the Plymouth area and we are really keen to ensure that Champions know about these things and that they continue to be well supported and encouraged to promote their good practice both as individuals and as groups. The main partners for this event will be your Regional Dignity in Care Team through Age Concern Regional Support Services, Plymouth Dignity in Care Homes Forum, Plymouth LINk, Venus Training, and Plymouth Age Concern.
